Banana Nut Pancakes
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 whole large egg and 1 egg white
1/2 cup oat flour (whole grain oats blended in food processor)
1 scoop Cellucor PB marshmallow whey protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add an additional 1/3 of a banana chopped up into pieces into the batter before cooking.
Cook on medium low heat. This recipe made 10 pancakes and I split it with my boyfriend. Topped with Walden Farms pancake syrup, sliced banana and raw walnuts.
Whole wheat bread with peanut butter, banana and strawberry slices, half a grapefruit, and a glass of almond milk.
