Yes this Is exactly right! I think a Lot of people assume that because they’re artificial, they’re bad for you. But to much of anything is bad for you. Moderation is key :)
See, I could say the exact same thing though. So don’t try and take some sort of moral high ground against me.
Ok cool, when I get cancer from using Splenda, I’ll let you know, then I’ll go sue the company, because clearly, if their product is under scrutiny it MUST cause cancer. And I may as well not brush my teeth, because another sweetener I use has the same sweetener they put in tooth paste. So I must have a 100% chance of getting mouth cancer because I brush my teeth.
I think you need to better inform yourself before having such a pig headed opinion and attitude, when you have no evidence or research to back you up. So don’t instruct me about healthy choices.I’m fully aware of what I put in my body.
Hmm well, I’ve never seen any study that actually proves its bad for you. I use it multiple times a day, and have been for a very long time, and I have no problems. So I don’t believe that Splenda is bad for you. I’ve actually done a lot of researching into this before, and I found absolutely nothing that said it’s harmful.
And anyway, you can always replace Splenda with stevia.
